A 100% Chardonnay Beaujolais white wine.

The grapes come from clay-limestone soils, an ideal terroir for Chardonnay. The clay and helps the grapes ripen slowly, while the limestone brings freshness and tension.

Fermentation occurs naturally, with the grape's own yeasts, without any additions: this allows the wine to maintain a livelier profile that is true to its origin.

Aging in stainless steel tanks preserves all the freshness and purity of the fruit, without adding any oak flavor.

The result: an expressive white wine, with notes of apple, pear, and citrus, a beautiful tension, and a finish that makes you want to come back for more.

Vinification: Manual harvest - Sorting upon reception. Pressing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: On fine lees for 14 months - 50% concrete ovoid tank 50% stainless steel tank

Alcohol: 12.5 %
