Some of the grapes are destemmed, meaning the stems (the small stalks) are removed. This results in a softer, rounder wine with a very clean fruit profile.

The other part is vinified in whole clusters(with the stems), which adds a little more structure and freshness.

Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts: these are the yeasts naturally present on the grapes. They allow the wine to retain a more lively character true to its origin.

Finally, aging occurs in stainless steel tanks, a neutral material that preserves the freshness and purity of the fruit without adding a woody taste.

Result: a fresh, fruity, light wine, with depth and great drinkability.
