For those who are curious

Blougeis a mix of red wine and white wine.

Two options: either you blend the grapes during winemaking, or you blend the wines afterwards. We chose the second option because it allows us to experiment!

We test, we measure, until we find the right balance. A bit like a recipe: a few milliliters of red, a touch of white, mixed in a graduated pipette...

Until we find the perfect balance.

For purists

How do I drink it?

A blouge is best enjoyed chilled, straight from the fridge, to fully appreciate it. And if it's in the sun, with friends around, even better!

Drink & Dance

Wine, music, no more lengthy chords!

Who still cooks game in sauce anyway?
